By ordering a commission, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms below.CONTACTYou can contact me through X or Discord: rei_ika. Don't hesitate to add me on both, as DMs may not work properly.GENERAL INFORMATION• Commissions are for personal use only unless discussed otherwise.
• I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.
• Please provide clear visual references for your character or idea. I will not take design requests.
• If you have a specific pose or expression in mind, let me know. Otherwise, I will do my best to choose a nice one.
• Prices are discussed and confirmed before I start the sketch.
• Completion time usually ranges from 3 days to 1 month, depending on complexity, workload, and availability.
• Feel free to ask for updates, but please do so reasonably!PAYMENT• PayPal and Revolut only
• All payments must be made in euros (€).
• Payment is required after the sketch is approved.
• I do not offer refunds once the commission has gone beyond the sketch stage.
• If I have not started beyond the sketch, a partial refund may be considered at my discretion.PROCESS1. You send me your request and references.
2. I confirm the price and details.
3. I send the sketch for approval.
4. You may request sketch changes if needed.
5. Payment is made after the sketch is confirmed.
6. I continue with lineart and send it with rough colors.
7. Minor edits may still be possible at this stage.
8. The final piece is delivered.
Finished files can be sent through the platform we used to communicate, and/or by email if requested.USAGE RIGHTS• I retain all rights to my artwork.
• You may repost your commission with credit.
• Commercial use is not allowed unless discussed and agreed on beforehand.
• Please do NOT use my artwork in AI engines, datasets, or machine learning tools.
• I may post finished commissions on my social media or include them in my portfolio unless you ask for the piece to remain private before I begin.Additional Notes :• Additional characters are charged at full price each, unless stated otherwise.
• Props, weapons, and detailed elements may cost extra depending on complexity.
